Millions of children across Nigeria and Africa are out of school—not because they don’t want to learn, but because they simply can’t afford to. At the David Nzubechukwu Foundation (DNF), we believe no child should be denied the opportunity to learn, dream, and build a future. That’s why our Out-of-School Children Program exists: to break the barriers that keep children from the classroom and unlock the doors of opportunity.
Many children are driven to the streets by poverty, abuse, loss of parents, broken homes, or conflict. These vulnerable young souls face daily threats of exploitation, hunger, violence, and trauma. With no safe place to go and no one to care for them, they are often trapped in a cycle of survival.
